In the first week of May, online education was held for 23 teachers from Ante Kovčić Elementary School and Zlatar Bistrica Elementary School on the topic of developing leadership traits with the aim of developing the mindset, skills, and tools of effective leaders, and incorporating the development process into regular classes, and, into extracurricular activities.
These educations, which were organized with the aim of developing the leadership abilities of teachers, were very successful and interesting. During the two-day training, teachers learned how to improve their skills in team leadership, conflict management, motivation, and managing change. They are also familiar with stress management techniques and how to apply these techniques to reduce stress in different situations.
Education was also focused on the development of mindset, with special emphasis on developing self-confidence, the ability to cope with obstacles, and the development of optimism. Teachers have also learned how to use these tools in their work, to empower their students and enable them to reach their full potential.
These new tools and techniques will be implemented in regular teaching as well as extracurricular activities so that teachers can better cope with challenges and ensure that their students receive the best possible education.
We congratulate the teachers on their success and wish them every success in their further work. We hope that this education will help create a generation of leaders who will be ready to face all the challenges that await them in the future.
