Callidus is the lead partner on the project and responsible for coordinating the implementation of all project activities and the work of all partners.
Callidus is a socially responsible, innovative, and competent educational institution with extensive experience on national and EU level, providing educational services and being actively engaged with different educational projects.
FC Education Nordic
FC Education Nordic is an institution which provides teacher education in Norway and across Europe, and whose experts have experience working with gifted pupils in primary education. The company’s role on the project is to prepare and conduct five two-day long workshops and fifteen three-hour long consultations for teachers and other educational staff from the five primary schools participating in the project. The workshops will serve as a showcase of best practices for working with gifted pupils in Norway and present what is being done in Norwegian primary schools to develop pupils’ entrepreneurial skills and shape them into active and engaged citizens and leaders.
FC Adria Solutions
FC Adria Solutions offers educational programs and training to the business and educational sectors, particularly in the field of leadership development. It is the official partner of FranklinCovey for Croatia. For nearly three decades, FranklinCovey has been one of the most prominent and trusted global providers of educational programs and transformation processes in schools. Thousands of public and private primary and secondary schools across all 50 states in the USA and in over 50 countries worldwide have used FranklinCovey’s programs, books and content. As a local institution, FC Adria’s role on the project is to deliver education on active citizenship with a focus on sustainable development in the local community, helping build the capacities of the educational sector to develop engaged young individuals. The company will also contribute to the development of new teaching models, mentor the writing of teaching manuals, and participate in the exchange of best practices at national and European level.
The project involves five primary schools:

Zlatar Bistrica Primary School
The five partner schools are responsible for managing the project at local and institutional levels. They actively participate in information and communication activities, in collaboration with other colleagues in primary education. The schools’ teachers and educational staff are envisioned to participate in four educational workshops and a summer school. They are divided into working groups and are responsible for the development of teaching models and the writing of manuals for working with gifted pupils in the areas of entrepreneurship and active citizenship. The schools’ staff is also involved in the exchange of best practices, including through collaboration with the Norwegian partner.
