Educational staff training
Activity: Development and implementation of training to enhance the skills and competencies of educational professionals in primary education for work with gifted pupils in the fields of entrepreneurship and active citizenship.
Objective: to educate 50 educational professionals in 5 primary schools in lagging behind regions in Croatia for work with gifted pupils in the fields of entrepreneurship and active citizenship.
Planned outputs:
- Carried out 3 two-day and 6 one-day workshops,
- Organized a 5-day summer school,
- Trained 50 educational professionals from 5 primary schools in 4 Croatian counties,
- Surveyed 50 educational professionals.
Development of teaching methods and materials
Activity: Development of teaching methods and creation of teaching materials for primary education for work with gifted pupils in the fields of entrepreneurship and active citizenship.
Objective: to modernize school curricula by developing new teaching methods and teaching materials for working with gifted pupils in the fields of entrepreneurship and active citizenship.
Planned outputs:
- Developed teaching model for work with gifted children in the fields of entrepreneurship and active citizenship,
- Created 4 sets of teaching materials for work with gifted pupils in the fields of entrepreneurship and active citizenship,
- Equipped 5 primary schools.
Knowledge exchange
Activity: Exchange of knowledge and best practices for work with gifted pupils in the fields of entrepreneurship and active citizenship.
Objective: to increase private-public interinstitutional cooperation in primary education for work with gifted pupils, in particular in the fields of entrepreneurship and active citizenship.
Planned outputs:
- Designed and carried out 5 two-day long trainings for educational professionals involving exchange of expertise and the transfer of best practices from Norway to Croatia on the development of gifted pupils’ entrepreneurial skills and the stimulation of their active participation in society,
- Conducted 15 consultations between Croatian and Norwegian educators,
- Conducted 10 short trainings and 5 online workshops,
- Engaged 75 educational professionals in knowledge exchange and professional training.
Dissemination

Objective: to ensure visibility and promote project activities and results, including donor country financing.
Planned outcomes:
- Ensured visibility of project activities and results, including donor country financing,
- Developed visual identity and project website,
- Designed and printed project brochure,
- Informed 200 educational professionals, parents, pupils, and employers about the project.
